TRUE!! When I called candidates in to interview @ MAC it would be same day or first thing the next day. Want to catch them the way they really are ( roots, chomped nails, wack brows, ect.). If you can't capture and take pride in your own beauty how is someone else gonna rely on you to beautify them. Its a passion that starts with you first first .
